Before participation of activity, The Adventure Agent requires that you sign a form entitled "Waiver and Assumption of Risk." Your signature is your acknowledgement that you are accepting responsibility for your actions of choice to participate in activities with Adventure Agent. This form also is to be signed for each participant who is under your guardianship. This is a standard practise in this and other industries, and even certain medical practitioners require the completion of a waiver like this.
