SNOW ROAD STATION, ONTARIO, CANADA
We love rivers and lakes. We love a lot of the activities that can happen around and in them. One of these activities has been practised for centuries: fishing. While not avid fishers, we do like to fish on occasion, and we like the taste of fresh cooked fish. Obviously, we are not alone. In order to preserve the stock, we largely return fish to the waters from which they came. You can enhance this by using a barbless hook. It may be nicer for you, too, if you hook yourself.
LINK HERE to see how small an effort it takes to make your hook barbless, and then find the challenge of sensing your line tension on a caught fish.
