NORTH FRONTENAC, PART OF FRONTENAC COUNTY:
North Frontenac Township is part of Frontenac County in Eastern Ontario, Canada. Populated at about 1.4 persons per square kilometre, it is a large wilderness area. Real estate here is "Cottage Country" personified.
While fish and game prevail in a wilderness that stretches from Ompah, Plevna and Snow Road Station to the border of Lanark County, and Central Frontenac to the south, Golf courses are jewels hidden in the township and county. Dave likes to remind people that there's more to kayaking than just pushing the boat along. With nearly forty years of kayak experience, he likens it to alpine skiing, car driving, motorcycle riding, and just about any passtime you can mention, the experts make it look simple, but it's the culmination of years of training that contribute to a pleasant experience. Add decades of experience in various situations and with various groups, and you've got a lot of information that can't be found in books, cd's or films.
